NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact me with details of the product and the defect. You can then send the item you consider defective to my address.
Upon receipt of the returned product, I will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Please double check your address before sending it to me for shipment. I am not responsible if the item is sent to the wrong address. Additionally, if the item is returned to my address, you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping fee to ship it to your correct address.
After the item is delivered to your address, it is out of my hands. If the item is stolen from your porch or mailbox, it is not my responsibility to issue a refund.
