NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. You may then send the item you consider defective back to customsbychloe.
Upon receipt of the returned product, I will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement. If a refund or replacement is warranted, it will be processed using the original method of payment.

​Touch-Up Policy: I offer touch-ups for your shoes, if necessary, for up to one year after purchase. The buyer will need to purchase a shipping label to send the shoes to my company. However, the cost of shipping the touched-up shoes back to you will be covered at no additional charge. Please note that touch-ups are a rare occurrence, but may be needed due to normal wear and tear.

Please double-check your address before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address. Additionally, if an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it to the correct address.
Once the item is delivered to your address, it is out of our hands. If the item is stolen from your porch or mailbox, we cannot issue a refund. We will give you a time estimate for delivery to do our best to ensure you are home for delivery.
